Hi, after init, link to Starport docs not correct.

Thanks @happylolonly. Since Starport is now Ignite, https://docs.starport.network/ should now redirect to https://docs.ignite.com/. We will address this promptly.

I'd recommend revising the reference to "Starport" as "Ignite" in https://github.com/happylolonly/cosmos-checkers-game-ignite.
