Do you have the debug logs of what happened after sending the prompt?
Does the error message has your prompt behind it? (The image is cut so I'm not sure)
The image finally appeared in the discord channel?

This one is going to be tricky to resolve... If we can capture the error we could maybe use the original prompt to make the final match. If we do this, suffixes of the settings will need to be set to empty.
