Composer unable to source Phlexy (even though it's there) #3

I am getting the following when I try to require igorw/edn

 Problem 1
    - Installation request for igorw/edn 1.0.*@dev -> satisfiable by igorw/edn[1.0.x-dev].
    - igorw/edn 1.0.x-dev requires nikic/phlexy ~1.0-dev -> no matching package found.

I am able to fix it by requiring Phlexy manually in composer.json. I am not sure if this is just a typo here?

You can work around this by running:

composer config minimum-stability dev

in the same directory as your project then running:

composer require igorw/edn
