[BUG] tutorial walkthrough fails #3475

Description

When I run the tutorial and click "do it for me" each time, the 3rd step the query fails

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch the tutorial on illacloud
  2. Click on "do it for me"
  3. After step 3 error
  4. See error An unknown error in postgresql1 in action list

Additional Information

thus the subsequent tutorial steps displaying the data in the table don't work either.
