getting a permission denied everytime i try to encrypt

im getting a permission denied on the cmd every time i try to encrypt my save file. Tried in another pc only to get the same response. changed from cmd to powershell, gave admin, still got the same error.

Copy this save file to another location, maybe your desktop or document folder where it has write permission. Same with the program
