Otherwise, you cannot disambiguate them. It should look like how it looks in Fiji. Example: search for "Open" or "Save" and there are many matches under Commands, making it a guessing game to figure out which one you want.

Another example is "Image..." which has three different Command entries. There is currently no way to figure out which one is which without clicking the Widget button first.
