Roadmap: Improve ImJoy integrations:

through ImJoy and ImJoy RPC, it will allows ImJoy to communicate with

  • Contribute to existing web applications(e.g. ITK/VTK viewer)
  • desktop software tools (Fiji, ilastik, cellprofiler) such that they can be used in ImJoy as plugins
