I have two phones hooked up to one account. One device doesn't display any pictures for the 2-3 week period. The other device displays them fine and the web interface also displays them fine. I tried clearing app's cache; I did not try to clear storage (in case it is useful to get some debugging info).
I am attaching a video of the problem, and a screenshot from the web interface showing the corresponding file.
I also have a bug report captured on the android device, but it may contain sensitive data, so let me know which email I should share it with (I don't want it available publicly).
Also, it's worth noting that when I click "share" the file is downloaded from the server correctly and is there.
What can I provide to help diagnose / debug this issue?

Reproduction steps
This is happening on one device. I kinda want to just wipe it and log in again and see if it still happens; but let me know if there is anything I can/should do before I clear storage in that app.
