Consider options for moving ML systems to someplace with more reliable power

Power interruptions are costly, causing interruptions to training runs and staff who must travel to reset.

Moving out of iNat office and into a data center adds an ongoing expense. Deliverable for this issue is a document capturing costs and benefits of any other options we can think of for improving the situation.

Default Option: Move machines to a dedicated data center/colocation provider.
Alternatives:

• Another office
