In addition for the automated concept search based on the Terms in the left column, allow for additional concept searches by adding a search box next to the "Concepts Search" box in the right column.

For instance, a Term/Variable name in a csv/tsv may be "Dx" resulting in a number of search returns. The variable "Dx" may be used to reflect the term "diagnosis", so one would want to search for the term "diagnosis."
