jpegxl-rs is used by glycin which in turn is used by a bunch of apps for image loading. Some, like GNOME's default Image Viewer, are packaged by distros and with that jpegxl-rs.
I know that libjxl had breaking API changes in the past. However, it would be great if jpegxl-rs could try to be a bit more backward compatible regarding libjxl, if possible. This could be done by gating new API behind a feature, named after the libjxl version.
