Add checkbox for adding .noRecoveries() in Alert Rule Builder

Currently the TICKscript editor must be used to manually add .noRecoveries() option on an alert trigger. There is no way to specify .noRecoveries() using the visual Alert Rule Builder screen.

This is a request to add a checkbox or other UI widget to the Alert Rule Builder screen that causes .noRecoveries() to automatically be added to the generated TICKscript.
