X-Y scatterplot rendering issue with newer Google Chrome versions

Customer reports that the dashboard linked in this EAR (https://github.com/influxdata/EAR/issues/4475) no longer functions in the current version of Google Chrome. See EAR for shared dashboard.

In the linked dashboard, points render to the dashboard canvas, but are obscured. The error occurs in component rendered by Giraffe with the giraffe-layer scatter class used for scatterplots.

I was able to replicate in Chrome 116.0.5845.110, as well as canary v118.0.5969.0. Not reproduceable in other browsers. Not reproduceable with other data locally in remocal, so it may be required to replicate using the customer's dataset.
