[UI] Text Areas have improper heights

Steps to reproduce:
List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.

1. Open Buckets
2. Click Add Data for a bucket
3. Click Line Protocol
4. In the popup click Enter manually

The text area is a single line with scroll bars.

Environment info:

• System info: Run uname -srm and copy the output here

  Noticed in nightly build docker image

I've noticed this also in the Import Template - Paste JSON control. It used to be a wide text area, but now has the height of a single line, with scroll buttons.
