Recreating a currently-deleting database "brings back" old data. #465

This is only apparent with really large databases, but as the delete operation is being performed in the background, some subset of the original data still exists. The issue is that the data is keyed by the database name, so therefore recreating the database will appear to bring the data back. It will ultimately disappear as the delete operation completes.
