Summary

The docker images for chain_a and chain_b are quite old and need to be upgrade.

Problem Definition

The script and Dockerfiles in the ci folder need to be upgrade to support the latest startgate-4 version. This will help us test the relayer against a gaia version that supports an IBC with the latest features.

Proposal

Update the script and Dockerfiles

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
