Assist the Cosmos Hub team with integrating Hermes into their testing processes

Background

The Hub team is working on releasing Gaia v8, which provides an opportunity for both teams to work together to integrate our testing processes. This issue tracks the work on the Hermes side that supports this effort, as well as work that is done in order to integrate Hermes into Gaia's CI and testing processes.
