Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
after adding @botkube to a channel you can query any cluster by using --cluster-name but you can't see the list of authorized commands for a given cluster as the @botkube commands list does not support --cluster-name

Describe the solution you'd like
update the @botkube commands list to support the --cluster-name option
