我們需要撰寫一些與專案相關的資訊，並且存放於 Wiki 當中供人參閱，目前有幾項內容需要建置：

如何建置並運行本專案
如何參與開發、提交 PR
如何追蹤專案的開發進度
- 如何使用 ZenHub
- 如何看懂 Scrum board

編輯守則：

英數字與中文字之間必須加一個半形空格，例如：「init.enginner 現在由純靠北工程師社群經營。」
- 例外：全形標點符號與英數字間不需加空格。
中文標點符號使用全形。
不使用全形英數字。
引用文字或影像，必須提供原始連結及其授權條款，可使用註腳。

待討論：

是否新增審稿機制？
內容審查 guideline？
是否新增排版守則？
舊的版本是否補撰寫文件？
