Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We need some unit-test framework for cosmos messages, currently it is blackbox so nothing a dapp developer can do when he/she writes the testing scenario.

Describe the solution you'd like

not sure how to support all cosmos messages, but we can mimic the operations like IBC transfer message to do actually transfer some token and mint second token to the other.
