Up Time For Validators

I am a validator and alot of users has staked into my account and i have kept Approx 100% uptime since I joined on the 16th of May 2024 but to my surprise, I am not among the 50 Active validators, while that is fine, probably based on connection, but the NON-ACTIVE VALIDATORS as you categorize them deserve to have there uptime on the frontend since they synchronized and meet up with the network height, pls kindly see how you can address this.

2 is, The node log return false for nodes that are still catching up instead of true,I tried to do a pull request but seems its for contributors alone.
