The vscode-extension fails with the following error:

[Error - 1:10:25 PM] Request textDocument/hover failed.
  Message: list index out of range
  Code: -32603 
[object Object]

This issue was reported by Bart. It's unclear how this can be reproduced. This issue might be caused by #1220.
