add button to perform compiler venv cleanup

#65 shows that running the vscode compile using the same venv as used previously by a manual compile can cause problems. Perhaps even changing the python path in the extension settings could trigger this. The README now reflects this information and how to deal with it as well. It would be useful to have a button in the vscode interface to perform this procedure automatically.
