I have followed the tutorial that has been given but I get the above problems, please help me so that I can do the system design tasks given by the lecturer and the remaining time to do this tasks is 1 month, thank you

I got the same issue several months ago. I don't remember clearly how I solved the problem. Maybe you can try to set the php version like 5.6.x, or set a virtualhost for inoerp, not an alias.
