Changing topic number turns focal doc to keyword search #365

In the hypershelf, starting e.g. at https://www.hypershelf.org/sep/40/?doc=evidence-legal flipping the number of topics to (say) 60 causes the doc title to be reinterpreted as search terms - i.e., redirects to https://www.hypershelf.org/sep/60/?q=The|Legal|Concept|of|Evidence instead of https://www.hypershelf.org/sep/60/?doc=evidence-legal
