Next button is disabled when configuring a local gateway #322

When setting up a local gateway, in the "Enter gateway code" step, the Next button is always disabled. Can be worked around by hitting ENTER to submit the form.

Could be related to #320 or #43

There's a "Done" button below, but yes, this is a design bug. The Next button should change to a Done.
