Resources from the call flow are exported only when the checkbox "include audio recordings" is checked, even if its type is 'text to speech'. TTS resources should be exported always.

Close in favour of #613

Always exporting text-to-speech resources will end up in having them duplicated in the project where the call flow is imported.
