Mention not notifying

Describe the bug
A huge chunk of staff lost the ability to be mentioned. I had staff use /github signin with no success. I also had some folks try /github signout and /github signin with no success as well.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do /github signin

2. Click 'Connect GitHub account'
   
   

3. Have a coworker tag a person in a PR
   

4. No notification from the Slack Github app (screenshot is last time I received a mentioned notification in Slack)
   

Expected behavior
When a person is mentioned, the Github Slack app would notify the person of the mention

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS 14.7.1
• Browser Chrome
• Version 130.0.6723.117 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional context
This issue popped up a few days ago (roughly 11/9). We at first thought it was only a few users, but it turned out roughly 26 people have reported this issue in our org
