Parsing Error when BSF is saved from link

When the BSF is saved by right clicking on the link and choosing "save link as" and this BSF is opened in BCT, the tool produces an error: "Error Parsing BSF: .... no viable alternative at character u'O'

When BSF is saved as raw text, parsing works.

To reproduce:

1. Proceed to https://github.com/IntelFsp/FSP/tree/master/DenvertonNSFspBinPkg/FspBin
2. Right Click "DenvertonNSFsp.bsf"
3. Click "save link as" and save this locally
4. Click "Open BSF" or File->Open and supply the locally saved BSF file
