Currently, CVE-Bin-tool does not specify the database described in the README.md. It would be good to have the proper documentation to provide the entire overview of the database that the CVE-Bin-tool follows.

Expected Outcome

Update the README.md to include the documentation of the entire database of CVE-Bin-tool.
