hello，while mutiple databases use one scratch , i can invoke hs_alloc_scratch to adjust scratch`s memory size . but ,if one database is deleted, what can i do for scratch? it could delete or add database frequently if user want。

i mean when i delete a database , how to decrease the size of the scratch?
