Rafiki version 1.0.0-beta packages are published incorrectly. It looks like they do not have cross platform builds. The strange bit is that version 1.0.1-beta packages are published as expected.

To verify the difference, open up side by side rafiki-backend:v1.0.0-beta and rafiki-backend:v1.0.1-beta. The OS/Arch tab is missing for version 1.0.0-beta. This is probably not going to be an issue for people that are using AMD64, but this is causing issues since there is no ARM64 alternative.
