Currently we do test the nameservers' IPv6 capabilities of the mailto domain, but not of MX domain.

There is likely code/data overlap with RPKI in #613, as we will test RPKI for nameservers of MX domains.

This kind of is quite a problem, I found out ns[12]-proddns.glbdns.o365filtering.com. is IPv4 only.
This is used by a lot of government domains. Some have enabled IPv6 on the returning MX (e.g. zwolle.nl), but this is questionable useful if the nameserver for the MX is IPv4-only.
