Clear and concise description of the problem

Read the CONTRIBUTING.md and noticed bun is required. I'm on... Windows :-) And bun isn't available for Windows (except WSL).

Suggested solution

Add support for VS Code dev container.

Alternative

Wait for bun on Windows.
