Feature request: threshold harmonization & setting ranges #23

Is it possible to harmonize threshold across configuration deterministic and probabilistic matching type in decision rules file (e.g., for deterministic matching type threshold in decision rule file starts at 1 and for probabilistic matching type seems to start at 100.)?
Is it possible to allow the configuration to accept range of threshold for the fields and overall decision rules.
