[FR] Add build cost

Problem statement

There is no mean to track builds cost, when the build procedure itself consumes money.

Suggested solution

It would be usefull to add a cost option to build orders.
Sometimes you can externalise the build, or the build itself consumes money. Maybe an option inside the build option menu would fit the need, nothing too fancy.

Describe alternatives you've considered

For the moment i'm not tracking this hidden costs, i'm considering creating a virtual / template object that i could swap while executing the build orders. Add overheads, doesn't fit the needs.

Certainly possible but would need some major refactoring and unit testing in the pricing code as costs would need to be split up across items in some way that probably requires customisation options.

I can check with my compagny if we can fund this, do you have an idea of the time qty required to implement this feature ?

In general we "fund" via polar.sh; you can chip in what you want and once somebody implements it they get the money that was put up.
Regarding this specific FR I will need more info to assess what I would recommend (we are thankful for everything).

1. Is the amount a build costs fixed - ie. could it be another line on the BOM?
2. Should that cost be distributed amongst output or be recorded as a separate field for tracking purposes?
3. Are separate permissions needed for this?
