[enhancement]: Make activating DEBUG log easier

Related problems

User msut provide a log with level DEBUG for many problesm reported. Often they do not know how to swicth to debug mode as this selection is only visible with expert mode on.

Description

I would suggest to evaluate if changing the loglevel really needs expert mode on and if it wouldn't be better to allow swicthing the log level at normal mode too. This would it make easier for standard users to detect the possibility.
