Describe the bug
When you add states these are not saved.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add state (the third line in the image)

2. Click on OK

Expected behavior

Button "Save" should be enabled.
Changes to states should be saved.

Versions:

Adapter version: 1.1.5

Additional context
Add any other context about the problem here.
