Please add a support for Tuya ELECTSMART thermostat:

Patch not released in zigbee-herdsman-converters but accepted for future release:

After installed patch to zigbee-herdsman-converters iobroker adapter write such lines in log:
0xa4c138f43dd92e64 (addr 46309): Not supported (model TS0601)(Router)
