customize-ui should be removed from the Visual Studio Marketplace

Well this was a frustrating experience.

Discovered Customize UI today on the marketplace. I was unaware of the Monkey Patch issues, and installed away... which resulted in completely breaking my Visual Studio Code installation.

I've read over issue #156 and while I understand the situation, I think it would be a good community practice to take this extension down from the marketplace in order to prevent unsuspecting people like myself losing productivity because of the install.

Above all else, #156 should explain how to recover or fix vscode at least in the original post.
