Short description of the problem:

I am using Cloudinary plugin and it is not ready for AOT with Angular 5 yet.
cloudinary/cloudinary_angular#104

What behavior are you expecting?

It would expect to be able to disable AOT in prod builds

Which @ionic/app-scripts version are you using?
3.1.1
