This is a minor point, but in order for consistent functionality, it would be nice to add a filter label when a date filter is applied.
Currently, this happens for the other Solr facets in the left hand filter menus, but for date/time filter, it does not. Also, it allows for consistent ways to eliminate filters (you can click on a label to remove the filter).
This link shows an example with a Data Provider filter and a date filter, but only a label for the Data Provider.

Time is more akin to the spatial selector, which doesn't use a label, in that a range is being selected, rather than a simple filter against certain key/value pairs.
