Add transaction hash to the EVM logs

Check if the transaction hash information is included in the call chain logs of the eth_call and eth_sendRawTransaction APIs, especially in the EVM. And then fill in the missing parts, one of which is evm/evm.go:557","msg":"evm internal error"
