Implement starting and stopping of nodes from tests

A test right now includes the number of nodes that the test needs, but it's currently not used, you have to manually scale the deployment, the program should do this by itself.

Important is to always start a test with fresh nodes, so it's not affected by any side-effects of previous tests.
