0.7.0 is the latest stable version. Prerelease versions 0.8.0a1 and 0.8.0a2 are published to pypi as well - you can see them in release history. You can install them with pip install ipfshttpclient==0.8.0a2.

We will likely release 0.8.0 (non-alpha) once #285 is merged.
