There's no systemd configuration for docker so if the machine is rebooted it is not started up.

@achingbrain @jacobheun you both have access to the machines running Grafana (https://github.com/ipfs/benchmarks/blob/master/infrastructure/inventory/inventory.yaml), that's correct?
