I've started sketching this curriculum as a series of Tutorials & Lessons in https://flyingzumwalt.gitbooks.io/decentralized-web-primer/content/ (see the sidebar)

I think of the primer's Table of Contents as an outline for this curriculum, so closing this issue. Further curriculum development can/should be structured around the primer and its contents.
