help with helia minimal example for publishing string content

Hi, so I am working on an easy-to-understand helia minimal example in order to publish strings on the IPFS:

There are some things that don't really work yet:

• Helia connects to the network. it often creates a multiaddr very quickly which is then dropped and never appears again.
• Sometimes, when the multiaddr appears, I am able to confirm the multiaddr & CID on https://check.ipfs.network
• 'If' I am able to confirm it, I still get an error, that the CID wasn't advertised in DHT.
• I am never able to do something like https://ipfs.io/ipfs/{{CID}} and get the cid from there.

I would appreciate getting this thing to run! I made the code as simple as possible so that other poeple could use it as a reference... I assume, providing a custom libp2p configuration would help? I am a bit lost here...
