Problem

I uploaded a directory of cats, 2MB it total, "files" count did not get updated:

I refreshed the page, it grew a bit, but still does not reflect the 2MB additon:

Fix

TODO

Found this while testing embedded js-ipfs in Brave (#716), did not check if it happens with go-ipfs over http API. Need to check it and update this issue.
