preload fails

Using the js-ipfs (v0.31.1) file api, I create a couple of files and an enclosing folder.
I try loading the resulting hash through the gateway and the gateway times out.

Does your node have a custom bootstrap list? The preload nodes won’t be able to get the content unless you are connected to them.

I don't have a custom bootstrap list, but it looks like he somehow the default config is not being mixed with my saved config.

Anyway, I've added these to the mix, and it looks the same as before:

Solved this by enabling the Bootstrap discovery and setting up the default bootstrap nodes.
